After the product you rented reaches you by cargo, it is accepted as the beginning of the 4-7-12 day rental period you have chosen.

You do not need to give the dress to dry cleaning after use. The dress cleaning process will be carried out by our contracted company.

If the date range of the product you have selected is within 2 months, you can make a down payment. However, if it is a later date, the deposit payment cannot be received.

You can pick up and / or deliver the dress you have rented on the date you specify, either by cargo or from our showroom.

Once you have created your order, it is not possible to cancel or exchange it.

Yes, we can make reversible alterations to our dresses. Such as skirt length, strap length, slit – opening and closing, cleavage opening and closing. Dresses can be modified without cutting.

The dry cleaning process was carried out before the delivery of the product you rented. The product wrapped with plush paper in the gamboç is kept in the Dresscode Istanbul box and shipped.

After receiving the product, if it is not suitable for your size, you must deliver it to the cargo on the same day it reaches you. Otherwise, the fee is deducted.
