Frequently Asked Questions
Our rental period is 6 days including round trip and return cargo. At the end of this period, you must send the rented product back to us. The customer agrees to deliver the rented product via the cargo company contracted by Dresscode Istanbul (Domestic or Aras cargo) within 24 hours from the end of the specified period.
You do not need to give the dress to dry cleaning after use. The dress cleaning process will be carried out by our contracted company.
You can make your payments by Credit Card, Money Order / EFT or Cash. You can also reserve the dress you want by making a deposit payment.
You can pick up or deliver the dress you have rented on the date you specify, either by cargo or from our showroom.
Once you have created your order, it is not possible to cancel or exchange it.
Yes, we can make reversible alterations to our dresses. Such as skirt length, strap length, slit – opening and closing, cleavage opening and closing. Dresses can be modified without cutting.
While our dresses are sent to you, they are dry cleaned and sent in a hanging gamboç and in a special box. If the dress is wrinkled during the shipping period, we recommend that you have it dry cleaned. After use, it is sufficient to send it to cargo without any action but in the same packaging form. In undesirable cases, please contact us if the dress becomes unusable such as staining, tearing or burning.
